A dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics, serving as an owner, administrator, and on-site caregiver, committed to delivering personalized and expert care for residents. With a strong foundation in Clinical Psychology and Guidance & Counseling, she brings a holistic approach to patient care, addressing not only physical health but also emotional and psychological well-being.
Her extensive experience in healthcare operations includes roles in Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review Nursing, Discharge Planning, Case Management, Compliance Auditing, and most recently, as a Subject Matter Expert and Consultant in Medical Coding.
Her hands-on clinical expertise spans skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, oncology/infusion centers, medical-surgical units, and mental health settings. By combining clinical knowledge, administrative leadership, and psychological insight, she fosters a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life.
